My photo shoot with Golden Shadow Photography was truly unlike any other I have ever experienced. It was healing, it was transformational, it was expansive for my soul.I came to this photo shoot with years of weird experiences doing uncomfortable photo shoots with photographers that just went through the motion of “getting the shot”.With Frankie Forrest, it was a creative collaboration of exploring what is possible to create with the environment, my body, and the energy of the moment. I have always enjoyed creating beautiful images, but never quite felt my true creative expression come through. In past shoots, the obvious discomfort I felt in the moment was written all over my face in the pictures. This photo shoot with Frankie was truly the first time that I felt comfortable on camera. The space that she holds is supportive, sincere, passionate and present. This is truly the magic formula for creating a container that allows a person’s true essence to come through.
